These two Carlisle audits were undertaken a couple of weeks apart in 2005 in the wake of the towns flood event. They simply show factual evidence with technical comment on the massive failures of the restoration industry to respond competently to the victims needs.The titles although emotive are descriptive. The second audit "Apathy or Ignorance" was written ten days after the first audit had been reviewed by the industry and was suitably named because nothing changed. Indeed in december 2009 you will see that nothing has changed in the response to the Cockermouth floods.
